Along the way, we also talk about protecting your creative energy, developing authentic characters, and why the stories that challenge what we think we know are often the ones we remember the longest.

What I enjoyed most about this discussion was how naturally one topic led to another. We began by talking about Sleeping Beauty, but soon found ourselves exploring creativity, intuition, mental health, the writing process, and the kinds of questions that great books encourage us to ask. It's the kind of conversation that reminds you why stories matter in the first place.
